Our promise

Booking directly on krinn.in always gets you our best price: 20% off every room, 5% more when you sign in, and perks you won't get elsewhere. If, within 24 hours of booking with us, you find the same stay at a lower price on another website, we'll refund the difference.

How to claim

1. Book your stay on krinn.in and pay online.
2. Within 24 hours of booking, and at least 48 hours before check-in, send us your booking reference with a screenshot or link showing the lower price and when you saw it — by email to reserv@krinn.in or on WhatsApp.
3. We check the other price within 2 working days and reply to you.
4. If your claim is accepted, we refund the difference to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

What counts as the same stay

• The same hotel, room type, dates, number of rooms and guests, and meal plan (room only or with breakfast).
• The same or stricter cancellation terms — a non-refundable price is not compared with our refundable one.
• The total price including all taxes and fees, in Indian Rupees, compared with the total you paid on krinn.in.
• A price anyone can book on that website at the time we check it.

What isn't covered

• Prices that need a login, membership, loyalty level, coupon code or a particular app to see or book.
• Corporate, group, travel-agent, package and “mystery hotel” prices, where the hotel is revealed only after booking.
• Prices from websites that don't show our hotel's name, or that are no longer available when we check.
• Differences of less than ₹100 in total, or caused by currency conversion.
• Bookings paid partly or fully with vouchers or reward points, and bookings already cancelled.

Good to know

• One claim per booking. The refunded difference doesn't change your booking or its cancellation terms.
• KR Inn Pvt Ltd decides whether a claim meets these terms, and may change the terms at any time; the terms on this page on the day you booked apply.
