You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with KR Inn or any KR Inn affiliated company. 2. When You Access the Website

Information you give us — Many of our services such as room reservation and account registration require you to submit personal information, including your name, address, email, and phone number.

Information we collect from your use of our services — KR Inn uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and our own analytics to understand how you use our website and to measure the effectiveness of our services. The information we collect includes:

  • Device information — hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
  • Log information — page views, IP address, geographic location, ISP, referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and clickstream data
  • Device event information — crashes, system activity, browser type and language, request timestamps, and referral URLs
  • Cookies and anonymous identifiers — used to collect and store information when you visit our website or access your account

3. During Check-In at Our Hotels

When you check in at any of our hotels, we may collect information including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, permanent and current address, phone number, email, payment information, photo, business card, company details, purpose of visit, visa details (for foreign nationals), flight details, and destination.

  • You may be required to submit a Government of India approved identification document (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN card, Driving Licence). Without valid ID, you may be denied check-in.
  • We capture your image during check-in as mandated by the Government of India.
  • Our hotel premises are under CCTV surveillance 24/7 for customer safety.

4. When You Connect to WiFi in Our Hotels

  • Device information — When you connect to our WiFi, we collect device-specific information such as hardware model, operating system, device name, MAC address, and IP address.
  • URL information — Internet access on our premises is monitored in accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act 2008, Government of India.
  • You will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, and email before accessing WiFi. This information is processed and stored as per the Information Technology Act.
  • Information collected during WiFi usage may be shared with authorities when demanded or summoned in accordance with law.

5. How We Use Your Personal Information

  • To keep you informed about announcements, updates, and upcoming events.
  • To keep a record of your communications when you contact any of our hotels.
  • To send important notices such as booking confirmations, invoices, feedback requests, and changes to our terms and policies. You may not opt out of receiving these essential communications.
  • For internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve our services.
  • We will ask for your consent before using information for purposes not set out in this Privacy Policy.

6. Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

We also collect non-personal information — data that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose, including understanding customer behaviour and improving our products and services.

If we combine non-personal information with personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

KR Inn does not store your full credit/debit card numbers or CVV on our servers. We only retain a transaction reference and partial payment details (e.g., last four digits of card number) for record-keeping and refund processing purposes.

9. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with us to improve our services or help us serve our customers. Personal information will not be shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

10. Disclosure to Service Providers

We share personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, fulfilling customer requests, managing customer data, providing customer service, assessing interest in our services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys.
