1. Introduction

This agreement governs your use of the website located at krinn.in (the "Site") and is between KR Inn Private Limited ("KR Inn", "we", "us", or "our") and you, on behalf of yourself and any buyer, member, or guest for which you have registered ("you").

By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing, and/or otherwise utilising the Site, the services or functions offered in or by the Site, and/or the contents of the Site in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site and leave immediately. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time without notice. Such changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Reservations

For any room reservation made by you on this Site, upon confirmation of your reservation, your payment method will be charged immediately for the full payment amount, or a hold will be placed as applicable.

Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally with your booking confirmation (voucher/proof of purchase), valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, PAN card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence), and the payment method used for booking. The hotel requires you to sign the guest registration form. The hotel will not accept check-in if the name on your identification does not match the name on your booking confirmation.

3. Payments

Purchase payments may be made via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other digital payment methods accepted by our payment services providers (Razorpay, PhonePe, and their partner banks). Payments are subject to the approval of the financial institution or payment services provider, and KR Inn shall not be liable if such institution refuses to accept or honour the payment for any reason.

KR Inn is not responsible for any surcharges, convenience fees, or processing charges applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Please check with your financial institution if you have questions regarding such charges.

By submitting your reservation request, you authorise the payment to be processed. A booking confirmation with your booking reference number will be generated immediately upon successful payment.

4. Prices

KR Inn charges for hotel room reservations only. Other expenses incurred by you are payable directly to the hotel. This includes food and beverages, room service, mini bar expenditures, telephone charges, or other charges not explicitly covered in your booking confirmation.

All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as displayed during the booking process. Rates are subject to change without notice and are based on room category and availability.

5. Modifications & Amendments

You are liable for any additional charges in respect to modifications or amendments for shortening of stay and/or downgrading of room type, based on the applicable cancellation policy.

You are also liable for any additional charges if you make modifications or amendments for extension of stay and/or upgrading of room type.

6. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy applies at every KR Inn and Nisarga hotel. If you cancel up to 48 hours before the check-in time, the amount you paid is refunded, less a bank and processing fee ("bank fee"). If you cancel within 48 hours of check-in, the first night's charge is retained and the rest of the amount paid is refunded, less the bank fee. A cancellation can be requested until the hotel's check-in time on the arrival day, and the time the request is made decides which charge applies. The exact deadline for your booking is shown during booking and in your booking confirmation.

The bank fee covers the payment gateway's charges on your payment and the cost of processing the refund. The exact amount is shown before you confirm a cancellation. You can instead take your refund as a KR Inn voucher, with no bank fee, valid for 6 months on any stay at our hotels. Voucher value used on a booking is not returned if the booking is cancelled.

Any cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation rules applicable to your specific booking. Cancellations are confirmed and refunds (if any) are processed only after receiving a valid cancellation request through your booking account or via email with appropriate proof of identity.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are made after deducting applicable charges according to the cancellation policy for your booking. The deductions mentioned in the cancellation terms apply to full cancellations, shortening of stay, and downgrading of room type.

KR Inn will process your refund through the original payment method. Refunds take 5–7 working days to process after the cancellation is confirmed; your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement.

If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, contact us at corp.sales@krinn.in with your booking reference. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your bank or payment provider as a result of the refund process.

8. Site Eligibility

The Site is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable Indian law. The Site and the services offered are not available to minors. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to make a reservation on this website. If you are under eighteen, you may contact the hotel directly for assistance.

The materials on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. We have exercised reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information. However, we make no representation or warranty as to such accuracy. You should consult appropriate professionals for advice concerning the terms of this agreement and compliance with any legal requirements.

9. Restrictions on Use of Materials

All materials on this Site are the copyrighted property of KR Inn Private Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and/or third-party licensors. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without prior express written consent.

All names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and trade names are proprietary to KR Inn Private Limited and may not be used without prior express written consent. The following trademarks are owned by KR Inn Private Limited:

• KR Inn (logo and wordmark)
• KR Inn Private Limited (logo)
• Nisarga Inn (logo)
• Nisarga Lodge (logo)

You may not frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without prior express written consent. You may not use meta tags or hidden text utilising our name or trademarks without prior written consent.

10. Submissions

We welcome your comments regarding the Site and our services. However, our company policy does not allow us to accept unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, or materials other than those we have specifically requested.

If you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, or other information (collectively, "Submissions"), the Submissions shall be deemed our property. We shall exclusively own all rights to the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use for any purpose without compensation to the provider.

11. Forums and Public Communication

If you participate in any forum, chat area, message board, or communication feature on the Site, you must not: defame, abuse, harass, or threaten others; make bigoted or hateful statements; advocate illegal activity; post material that infringes rights of third parties; post vulgar, obscene, or indecent content; advertise or solicit others; or post material containing viruses or harmful components.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages. We reserve the right to remove or edit content from any forum at any time and for any reason.

12. Content Linked to the Site

Links to other sites are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse, sponsor, or recommend linked sites and are not responsible for the materials, services, or content at or from any other site.

These other sites may send their own cookies, collect data, or solicit personal information. We make no representations concerning the content of sites linked from our Site and cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, or legality of material contained in linked sites.

13. Disclaimers

We do not make any representations, warranties, or endorsements regarding the accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or completeness of the services, content, or materials on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. KR Inn is not responsible for any typographical, photographic, technical, or pricing errors (including mistaken hotel rates) listed on our Site. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, and improvements at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or where the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

This Site is governed by the provisions of the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Government of India.

14. Indemnification

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold us and our hotels, owners, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, agents, and employees (the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, or costs arising out of this agreement, the services or products provided by the Site, or any related act or failure to act by you.

This includes, without limitation, any claims related to infringement by you of intellectual property rights of any person. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

15. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any services offered in connection therewith, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to discontinue use of the Site.

16. Release

By utilising the Site, all users acknowledge and agree that the Indemnified Parties are released, discharged, and held harmless from any liability with respect to all aspects of the Site, including any illness, losses, litigation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

We reserve the right at any time and without liability to restrict or refuse access to the Site and its services to anybody. We further reserve the right to seek any form of relief related to fraudulent or illegal activity connected with the use of the Site.

17. Jurisdictional Issues

The products and services described on this Site may not be available in all locations. We make no representation that the services or products offered are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

The Site is operated from India. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Access and Interference

You will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated device or manual process to monitor or copy the Site or its contents without our prior express written consent. You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted through the Site.

19. No Agency

You and KR Inn Private Limited are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by this agreement.

20. Termination

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Site. Your access to the Site may be terminated immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the Site and destroy all materials obtained from it. Rights and obligations which by their nature survive termination (including disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and release) shall survive.

21. General Provisions

You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of the Site. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein.

22. Digital Signature Provisions

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power, and authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any guest or buyer for which you are acting. You agree that your use of this Site constitutes an electronic signature as defined by the Information Technology Act 2000, and that this agreement is an electronic record that is completely valid, has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on you.

23. KR Inn Rewards

KR Inn Rewards is free to join: every guest with an account on our website is a member. Members earn credit in Indian Rupees on their own stays booked on our website and can use it on later bookings on our website.

• Earning: credit is worked out on the room charge you paid (after offers and credit used, before GST) at rates we set for each tier. Higher tiers earn more. Credit is earned only on your own personal stays booked on our website while signed in, or with the e-mail address of your verified account.
• What does not earn: stays booked for someone else, bookings made with a company GSTIN or billed to a company, and bookings made through travel agents, online travel sites, corporate agreements or at the hotel.
• When credit is added: after you check out and the hotel confirms your stay, usually within 1 day of check-out. Credit is for the rooms and nights actually used; cancelled bookings and no-shows do not earn. If the details at the hotel differ from your booking (for example another guest's name, or billing to a company), the credit is held until we have checked it.
• Welcome bonus: ₹250 is added once per person, with your first completed stay.
• Milestone bonus: ₹500 is added each time the nights you stayed in a calendar year pass 35, 45, 55 and so on (every 10 nights beyond 25), with the stay that passes it.
• Tiers are based on the nights or the stays (bookings) you completed on website bookings in the last 12 months, whichever reaches a tier first, and are reviewed every time credit is added.
• Hotel perks: the hotel perks of your tier are given at KR inn Narasapura, KR inn Krishnarajapuram and KR inn Manyata Horamavu, on your own stays booked on our website while signed in (not on stays booked for someone else or with a company GSTIN). They are fixed by your tier when you book. Complimentary breakfast is for the number of guests stated, in the member's own room (one room per booking), each morning of the stay; breakfast for other rooms or more guests can be bought at the hotel. Guaranteed late checkout is to the time stated. Upgrades depend on the rooms free on the day. Perks have no cash value.
• Using credit: sign in and keep "Use my credit" ticked at payment (untick it to save your credit). Credit is taken off the room charge before GST, up to a limit per booking, or all of it when your credit covers the whole room charge, when at least ₹100 can be used. Credit can be used at any of our hotels, wherever it was earned. The amount is shown before you pay.
• Cancellations: if a booking paid partly with credit is cancelled, credit comes back in the same share as any money refunded, and keeps its original expiry date (with at least 14 days to use it). Credit already earned on a booking that is later cancelled or refunded is taken back.
• Expiry: each credit expires 12 months after it is added. Credit used is taken from the credit that expires soonest.
• Credit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used for food, beverages or other charges at the hotel.
• Perks marked "when available" or "when a better room is free" depend on the hotel's occupancy on the day and are not guaranteed.
• We may correct credit added in error, and may hold or remove credit, or close the membership, of anyone who misuses the programme — for example booking on behalf of others as a business. We may change the programme, including its rates and tiers; changes apply to stays booked after they are published here.
• If we pause the programme, earning and spending stop until it restarts, and the expiry dates of your credit move back by the length of the pause.
