1. Introduction

This agreement governs your use of the website located at krinn.in (the "Site") and is between KR Inn Private Limited ("KR Inn", "we", "us", or "our") and you, on behalf of yourself and any buyer, member, or guest for which you have registered ("you").

By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing, and/or otherwise utilising the Site, the services or functions offered in or by the Site, and/or the contents of the Site in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site and leave immediately. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time without notice. Such changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Reservations

For any room reservation made by you on this Site, upon confirmation of your reservation, your payment method will be charged immediately for the full payment amount, or a hold will be placed as applicable.

Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally with your booking confirmation (voucher/proof of purchase), valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, PAN card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence), and the payment method used for booking. The hotel requires you to sign the guest registration form. The hotel will not accept check-in if the name on your identification does not match the name on your booking confirmation.

3. Payments

Purchase payments may be made via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other digital payment methods accepted by our payment services providers (Razorpay, PhonePe, and their partner banks). Payments are subject to the approval of the financial institution or payment services provider, and KR Inn shall not be liable if such institution refuses to accept or honour the payment for any reason.

KR Inn is not responsible for any surcharges, convenience fees, or processing charges applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Please check with your financial institution if you have questions regarding such charges.

By submitting your reservation request, you authorise the payment to be processed. A booking confirmation with your booking reference number will be generated immediately upon successful payment.

4. Prices

KR Inn charges for hotel room reservations only. Other expenses incurred by you are payable directly to the hotel. This includes food and beverages, room service, mini bar expenditures, telephone charges, or other charges not explicitly covered in your booking confirmation.

All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as displayed during the booking process. Rates are subject to change without notice and are based on room category and availability.

5. Modifications & Amendments

You are liable for any additional charges in respect to modifications or amendments for shortening of stay and/or downgrading of room type, based on the applicable cancellation policy.

You are also liable for any additional charges if you make modifications or amendments for extension of stay and/or upgrading of room type.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the specific rate plan, package, and property at the time of booking. These terms are clearly displayed during the checkout process and are included in your booking confirmation email.

Any cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation rules applicable to your specific booking. Cancellations are confirmed and refunds (if any) are processed only after receiving a valid cancellation request through your booking account or via email with appropriate proof of identity.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are made after deducting applicable charges according to the cancellation policy for your booking. The deductions mentioned in the cancellation terms apply to full cancellations, shortening of stay, and downgrading of room type.

KR Inn will process your refund through the original payment method. For credit/debit card payments, the crediting process is initiated immediately after cancellation confirmation. However, it may take up to 5–10 business days for UPI and debit card refunds, and up to 30–45 days for credit card refunds, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If your refund is likely to take longer than 45 business days, we will notify you via email upon receipt of your cancellation request. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your bank or payment provider as a result of the refund process.

8. Site Eligibility

The Site is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable Indian law. The Site and the services offered are not available to minors. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to make a reservation on this website. If you are under eighteen, you may contact the hotel directly for assistance.

The materials on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. We have exercised reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information. However, we make no representation or warranty as to such accuracy. You should consult appropriate professionals for advice concerning the terms of this agreement and compliance with any legal requirements.

9. Restrictions on Use of Materials

All materials on this Site are the copyrighted property of KR Inn Private Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and/or third-party licensors. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without prior express written consent.

All names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and trade names are proprietary to KR Inn Private Limited and may not be used without prior express written consent. The following trademarks are owned by KR Inn Private Limited:

• KR Inn Private Limited (logo)
• Nisarga Inn (logo)
• Nisarga Lodge (logo)

You may not frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without prior express written consent. You may not use meta tags or hidden text utilising our name or trademarks without prior written consent.

10. Submissions

We welcome your comments regarding the Site and our services. However, our company policy does not allow us to accept unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, or materials other than those we have specifically requested.

If you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, or other information (collectively, "Submissions"), the Submissions shall be deemed our property. We shall exclusively own all rights to the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use for any purpose without compensation to the provider.

11. Forums and Public Communication

If you participate in any forum, chat area, message board, or communication feature on the Site, you must not: defame, abuse, harass, or threaten others; make bigoted or hateful statements; advocate illegal activity; post material that infringes rights of third parties; post vulgar, obscene, or indecent content; advertise or solicit others; or post material containing viruses or harmful components.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages. We reserve the right to remove or edit content from any forum at any time and for any reason.

12. Content Linked to the Site

Links to other sites are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse, sponsor, or recommend linked sites and are not responsible for the materials, services, or content at or from any other site.

These other sites may send their own cookies, collect data, or solicit personal information. We make no representations concerning the content of sites linked from our Site and cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, or legality of material contained in linked sites.

13. Disclaimers

We do not make any representations, warranties, or endorsements regarding the accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or completeness of the services, content, or materials on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. KR Inn is not responsible for any typographical, photographic, technical, or pricing errors (including mistaken hotel rates) listed on our Site. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, and improvements at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or where the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

This Site is governed by the provisions of the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Government of India.

14. Indemnification

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold us and our hotels, owners, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, agents, and employees (the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, or costs arising out of this agreement, the services or products provided by the Site, or any related act or failure to act by you.

This includes, without limitation, any claims related to infringement by you of intellectual property rights of any person. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

15. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any services offered in connection therewith, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to discontinue use of the Site.

16. Release

By utilising the Site, all users acknowledge and agree that the Indemnified Parties are released, discharged, and held harmless from any liability with respect to all aspects of the Site, including any illness, losses, litigation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

We reserve the right at any time and without liability to restrict or refuse access to the Site and its services to anybody. We further reserve the right to seek any form of relief related to fraudulent or illegal activity connected with the use of the Site.

17. Jurisdictional Issues

The products and services described on this Site may not be available in all locations. We make no representation that the services or products offered are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

The Site is operated from India. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Access and Interference

You will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated device or manual process to monitor or copy the Site or its contents without our prior express written consent. You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted through the Site.

19. No Agency

You and KR Inn Private Limited are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by this agreement.

20. Termination

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Site. Your access to the Site may be terminated immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the Site and destroy all materials obtained from it. Rights and obligations which by their nature survive termination (including disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and release) shall survive.

21. General Provisions

You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of the Site. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein.

22. Digital Signature Provisions

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power, and authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any guest or buyer for which you are acting. You agree that your use of this Site constitutes an electronic signature as defined by the Information Technology Act 2000, and that this agreement is an electronic record that is completely valid, has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on you.
