1. 100% Smoke-Free
KR Inn properties are 100% smoke-free. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not permit smoking of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, hookahs, incense, cigars, or candle burning inside any of our facilities.
Guests are encouraged to notify the front desk immediately if they detect any objectionable odours. Designated smoking areas are provided outside and away from the buildings. A cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in your room, and the guest may be asked to vacate without refund.
2. No Cooking or Cooking Appliances
Except for appliances provided by the hotel (refrigerator, microwave where available), preparation of food in guest rooms using any cooking appliances is strictly prohibited. This includes coffee makers, hot plates, toaster ovens, rice cookers, induction stoves, and any open flame or heating appliance.
3. Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid payment method. The person making the reservation must be 18 years or older. Your payment guarantees your reservation — please ensure you receive a booking reference number when you make a reservation.
Reservations will be held until 11:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, a no-show charge of one night's full room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged, and the balance of your reservation will be cancelled. KR Inn is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.
4. Check-In
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Times may vary at certain properties — please refer to your booking confirmation or the specific property page on our website for exact timings.
Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed early check-in, please contact the front desk directly in advance.
5. Check-In Requirements
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. In the interests of security and fraud prevention, guests are required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
Accepted forms of identification include:
- Aadhaar card
- Passport (mandatory for foreign nationals)
- Voter ID
- Driving licence
A valid, signed credit/debit card or UPI confirmation may also be required for pre-authorisation purposes. It is your responsibility to understand how your bank processes pre-authorisations.
6. Guest Registration
We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservation, including full name, address, phone number, and signature. The names and phone numbers of all guests occupying the room must be registered. Photographs are obtained for all guests during check-in as per regulatory requirements.
7. Check-Out
Please check out at the front desk so that housekeeping may begin preparing the room. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front desk prior to your departure day. Additional charges may apply for late check-out.
Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date may be subject to an early departure fee of one night plus applicable taxes.
8. Payment
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, net banking, and cash (with a valid ID and payment method on file). Foreign currency is not accepted at the property.
Your card may be pre-authorised at check-in for the full amount of your stay. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold, not a charge. Once your actual charge is posted at check-out, it may take 3–30 days for the original hold to be released by your bank.
9. Deposits and Guarantees
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to guarantee the room and secure the reservation period. Guests may opt out of deposit if they allow the hotel to pre-authorise the deposit amount through their payment method.
10. Third-Party Payments
Generally, third-party payment is not permitted. If you are paying for a family member and will not be physically present, we require prior completion of a payment authorisation form including a copy of your government-issued ID. You will be responsible for any damages and loss. We reserve the right to refuse such reservations.
Corporate third-party payments require a credit card authorisation form submitted at least 24 hours prior to the guest's arrival.
11. Rates
All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST. Rates may change without notice and are based on room category and availability. Rates displayed on our website or promotional material are subject to change at the hotel's discretion.
12. Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by property, rate plan, and package. Please refer to the cancellation policy displayed during booking and included in your booking confirmation. If you cancel a reservation, please retain your cancellation reference for your records.
No-show: Failure to check in by 11:00 AM the day following your scheduled arrival date will result in a no-show fee of one night's full room rate plus taxes. The balance of the reservation will be cancelled.
13. Right to Refuse Service
KR Inn hotels are privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons that do not violate national or state laws. KR Inn has a zero-tolerance policy and may refuse service or remove a guest without refund if the guest:
- Refuses or fails to pay for accommodation
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs and causes disturbance
- Acts in a disorderly fashion disturbing other guests
- Is unable to properly supervise their children at all times
- Seeks to use the hotel for unlawful purposes
- Brings hazardous, toxic, or illegal substances onto the premises
- Destroys, damages, or defaces hotel property
- Exceeds maximum room occupancy
- Refuses to abide by hotel policies and house rules
14. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact the front desk immediately. Televisions, voices, and other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in hallways.
15. Visitors
For the safety and security of all guests, visitors are strictly not permitted inside guest rooms. Guests who wish to meet visitors may do so in the hotel lobby or other designated common areas. All visitors must present a valid photo ID and register at the front desk upon arrival. Visitors are not entitled to complimentary use of guest amenities including the pool, breakfast, or WiFi.
16. Breakfast
Complimentary breakfast (where included in the rate plan) is available to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted to join for complimentary breakfast but may dine at the restaurant at applicable charges.
17. Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 12 and under stay free when sharing existing bedding with paying adults. Additional bedding (extra mattress) is chargeable as per the room category. Parents, guardians, and chaperones are personally and legally responsible for supervising children at all times.
For safety reasons, do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the property unsupervised. Children under 12 are not permitted in the swimming pool area without being accompanied by their parent or guardian.
18. Maximum Occupancy
Room occupancy limits are based on fire safety regulations and vary by room type. Maximum occupancy for each room type is displayed during the booking process. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to book an additional room or vacate the hotel.
19. Room Keys
Room keys are issued to registered guests only. No room keys will be issued to anyone under 18 years of age. ID is required if you have lost your key, and a replacement charge may apply. Please return room keys to the front desk at check-out.
20. Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided daily. Staff will honour the "Do Not Disturb" indicator once during a 12-hour period. Housekeeping staff may enter the room at subsequent times for cleaning, safety checks, and room condition verification.
Management reserves the right to enter a room for reasonable purposes such as emergencies, maintenance, or to address violations of hotel policies. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to involve law enforcement.
21. Linen and Towels
For guests staying multiple nights, bed linen is changed on a rotation schedule. Used towels are exchanged for fresh towels daily. If housekeeping is unable to change bedding due to personal items on the bed, a note will be left. Please contact the front desk for any additional requirements.
22. Lost & Found
KR Inn assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables. If you discover you have left something behind, please contact us immediately.
Items found by housekeeping after departure are collected, logged, and kept securely for up to 30 days. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify the guest. We can arrange to return items by post at the guest's expense. Perishable items and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
23. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is not permitted in public areas such as the lobby, swimming pool, and hallways. Alcohol consumption during special events served by licensed caterers is restricted to those of legal drinking age (valid photo identification required) and can only be consumed at the designated event venue.
24. Prohibited Items
Weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. Guests found in possession of any prohibited items will be asked to leave immediately and may face legal action.
E-scooters, hoverboards, and personal electric vehicles are not permitted in guest rooms. Depending on available space, the front desk may arrange secure storage. KR Inn assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage to stored items.
Loose lithium-ion batteries (e.g., from drones, power banks, or replacement battery packs) may not be charged or stored unattended in guest rooms. The front desk may be able to arrange supervised charging — please enquire upon check-in.
25. No In-Room Parties
KR Inn enforces a no in-room party policy. No parties, loud disturbances, or noise nuisances are allowed. In the event of a disturbance, one polite warning will be given. If the request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave without refund.
If the number of persons in a room exceeds those listed on the registration form, it will be considered a violation and the guest may be asked to vacate.
26. WiFi
WiFi access is complimentary for registered guests. The WiFi access credentials are subject to change without notice. WiFi signal quality may vary depending on room location and local interference. KR Inn assumes no liability for guest use of the WiFi service.
27. Fire Safety
Please notify the front desk immediately in the event of a fire or other emergency. Emergency exit maps are posted on the back of each guest room door. The hotel is fully equipped with fire-fighting systems and emergency evacuation plans. Please review the safety information in your room.
Tampering with fire detection systems, fire-fighting equipment, smoke detectors, break-glass points, or fire extinguishers is strictly prohibited. Guests found to have tampered with any safety equipment will be charged for all costs incurred and will be asked to leave. Law enforcement may be involved at the hotel's discretion.
28. Damage to Hotel Property
You are liable for any damage to the room, hotel premises, or property caused by you or any person in your party, whether deliberate, negligent, or accidental. KR Inn reserves the right to charge your payment method for any costs incurred as a result of damage, including property damage, missing items, cleaning fees, and guest compensation.
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (including removal of items such as towels, electronics, or artwork) will be charged at 150% of full replacement value plus shipping and handling. Damage to mattresses and linen from body oils, makeup, shoe polish, or other substances will result in cleaning or replacement charges.
Rooms found in complete disorder or "trashed" condition will be subject to deep cleaning fees, administration fees, and/or third-party cleaning costs.
29. Accessible Rooms
Accessible guest rooms are available at select properties and should be reserved in advance. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss available options and accessibility features.
30. Parking
Parking for registered guests is complimentary where available. All vehicles must be listed on the registration at check-in. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. KR Inn shall not be held liable for any vehicle, its occupants, or contents while on hotel property.
Vehicles left in the hotel parking lot after departure without written consent may be towed at the owner's expense. Vehicle repairs on hotel premises are not permitted.
31. Illness and Epidemics
KR Inn reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests arriving with a contagious disease. In cases of illness during your stay, please notify the front desk. During public health emergencies, we may employ precautionary measures as required by local health authorities. A room cleaning fee may apply.
32. Changes to Hotel Policies
KR Inn reserves the right to amend, modify, or add to these hotel policies at any time without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates. Any modification that occurs before your departure is considered part of your reservation agreement with us. A copy of these policies is available on our website and from the front desk upon request.
